Why we have this policy
ColaXpress exists to help you make sound cultivation and equipment decisions, and that only works if what we publish is accurate. When we get a fact wrong, we want to correct it openly and promptly rather than quietly or not at all. This page explains how to tell us about an error and what happens after you do.
How to report an error
If you spot a factual mistake — a wrong figure, an out-of-date instruction, a mislabeled evidence status, or a broken or incorrect link — please let us know. Please reach us through our contact page; note that direct messaging there is temporarily offline while a verified contact system is built. It helps if you tell us the exact page, quote or describe the passage you think is wrong, and, where you can, point to a source or explain what the correct information is. You do not need to prove your case to file a report; a clear pointer is enough for us to investigate.
What we do with a report
- We review every report and check the claim against the evidence behind it.
- If we confirm an error, we correct it. Where the correction is material — that is, where it could change a reader's decision — we note that the page was corrected rather than editing silently.
- If we cannot reproduce the problem or disagree, we will say so plainly rather than leave the report unanswered.
- Our commerce and "money" pages — the ones that carry product recommendations — display a visible "last updated" date and are re-checked periodically, so that pricing context, availability language, and evidence labels do not quietly drift out of date.
Privacy of your report
We do not store the text of your submission in analytics. When a correction or contact submission succeeds, the only thing that may be recorded is that a submission happened — never its contents, and never information that identifies you. How this fits our editorial method
